Bandwidth depends on your Internet Service Provider. It can be affected by network traffic and other users at your location. We suggest the following:
- Search the web for a "test DSL connection" to find sites where you can test the speed and quality of your connection.
- Turn off any other programs that are sharing your connection like other browser windows and email programs.
- Re-start computer to close other programs that may be running in the background.
